Customize individual power storage solutions on the fly without getting tangled up in wires or conventional technical constraints.
Introducing the no-code equivalent of building battery solutions — adding/adjusting capacity or changing battery characteristics is as easy as stacking Lego blocks.
Our proprietary software-defined battery (SDB) technology built on the Tanktwo Operating System (TBOS) allows operators to mix battery cells of different ages, characteristics, and chemistries. Meanwhile, wireless communication protocols enable battery modules to connect without cables or wires.
Modular. Stackable. Adaptable. Cable-less. Easy Maintenance.
After installing the base unit, operators can stack battery modules to create a battery bank of any capacity without electrical skills or handling wiring, enabling faster, safer, and lower-cost upgrades and maintenance.
Operators may combine modules of different chemistries and characteristics to respond to shifting operating requirements, such as lithium cobalt for cold environments or cells with high surge capacity for large tools.
Instead of tossing out a monolithic battery block just because one cell fails, operators can simply replace a failing module, reducing repair costs from thousands to as low as a few hundred dollars while shortening downtime.
The solution's ease of use means it can support operations of any scale, from residential off-grid solar installations to large-scale industrial applications, as it does not require special skills for maintenance and updates.
The modular configuration allows operators to scale up or down a battery bank at the drop of the hat. They may also reallocate capacity across distributed systems to bring power to places where it needs to be when it’s needed.
