Here’s how we make things happen here: “Juha, I bet this isn’t possible.” Then we put Juha — the incredible innovative mechanical engineer who runs our R&D program — in a black box for a couple of months. He’ll emerge with a solution for the most impossible puzzle and a few brand new patent-able technologies to boot.
Heikki Juva

Heikki’s first language is computer code — without which our algorithm won’t work, our space eggs can’t report back to the mothership, and we can’t optimize our assets. He also has a knack for breaking things so we set him loose once in a while to make sure that our latest upgrades and inventions are safe and secure from the 1’s-and-0’s perspective.

We all need that Renaissance man who’s the glue that holds the entire operation together by knowing what’s happening with everything. That’s Timo. From cap table to IP, he just knows where things are and how to make them work together so all the cogs in the engine turn smoothly — in the nerd department and the suit department.

She rides her bike 10,000 miles a year, which is even more terrifying in metric. Got three entries in the Everesting Hall of Fame and paints her middle fingernail for high-vis in NYC traffic.
